You don't need any variations on "no baby yet," that says it all. May I suggest letting all calls go to voicemail/answering machine with the outgoing message being "We'll call YOU when we have news!"?? :D
Personally, I just plan on checking this here blog daily, and knowing I'll get a call from your sister anyway. :)
