Last night I finally started getting some "real" contractions (or at least, as far as I can tell!), but they've just been coming and going ever since. Caleb and I just got back from an hour's walk - walking really seems to help get the contractions started, and I figure that at least if we don't go into labor soon, I'll be in much better shape after the last few days! :-)

Aw man, I've had so much raspberry tea this past week! :-p I'm actually learning to like the stuff though, and I've never been much of a tea drinker. :)
and it's good for after you give birth too...so good for the uterus anytime!
I've heard that chocolate is always helpful! :-)

Chocolate is one of the 4 basic food groups- I am sure of it. Probably not for active labor but still great! Mom
