Just when I thought Grace was "really" sleeping through the night, we're back to skipping naps and waking up every two to three hours. Again. I'm thinking I should start journaling more and see if I can't track her sleeping schedule to something one of us is eating, but if anyone has any more ideas to try, we'd love to hear them!
She did take a lovely two hour nap this morning though, and it was awesome! I actually mopped the floor for the first time in months, including all the green beans and carrots and butternut squash that have been hiding out under her highchair.

Caleb had really bad colic and would spit up alot of his feeding. For awhile he woke up screaming every two hours. Putting him in the carseat and driving him around and singing really helped soothe him. When we got home we would let him sleep upright in the car seat for another hour before lying him down. I also tried not to feed him right before lying him down. The doctor said as long as he was still gaining weight he was ok. I also tried mixing a little rice cereal with his breast milk in a bottle or formula for the evening feeding. They do outgrow it. If she has projectile vomiting or loses weight she should be evaluated by your doctor. Aunt Sharon had pyloric stenosis but this isn't common. Most babies outgrow the reflux before they are a year old. I cut out tomatoes and chocolate for awhile to try to help. I don't think what you are eating makes too much difference.
Man, that sounds like some rough months! I did cut down on chocolate, and the reflux really seems to have cleared up. I'm not entirely sure yet it was the chocolate, but I'm highly suspicious as I'd been eating two little bars of dark chocolate while nursing her down each night the couple weeks before the reflux started. :-p
